Turhake bot is provided as source code on GitHub for self-hosting. I do not operate a hosted bot service for users.

By using the bot, you agree to:

- Use it responsibly and at your own risk.

- Understand that any bot data is handled on the self-hosted server you run, not by me.

- Accept that the source code, features, and dependencies may change or stop working without notice.

- Understand that information shown may come from third-party APIs (e.g. HLTV, Steam, Faceit) and may not always be accurate or available.

- Acknowledge that the code is provided “as is” without any warranties.

- Accept that you are responsible for how you deploy and configure the bot.

- Be at least 13 years old, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.

The developer is not liable for downtime, errors, misuse, or any data handled by self-hosted instances.
